How do I reset my password?

Go to your account settings and tap "Forgot Password." Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password securely.

How do I block or report a user?

Visit the user's profile and tap "Block" or "Report." Blocked users won't be able to see you on the map or message you. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.

How does privacy protection work?

Bridgit never shares your exact GPS coordinates. In Walking Distance mode, other users only see approximate location pins. In Same Place mode, you're only visible if you're at the same venue.

What should I do if I encounter inappropriate behavior?

Use the report function on the user's profile immediately. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours and takes appropriate action to maintain a safe community.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be removed from our servers.

Why can't I see anyone nearby?

Make sure location services are enabled for Bridgit Social and you've selected a networking mode (Same Place or Walking Distance). There may also not be other active users in your area at the moment.
